Into a large bowl add Creolè Coconut Bread mix and softened butter. In another bowl add yeast packet (provided) and warm water or coconut milk. Meanwhile mix butter into flour mixture until mixture looks like sand. Add yeast mixture and mix well, knead for 3 - 4 minutes. Cover and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat Oven to 350° F. Remove bake from bowl and place on a baking tray in desired shape. Package makes 2 large bakes. Place in oven for 30 to 35 mins until golden.
Optional - spread with butter once out of the oven.
