Thank you for choosing Creolè for your authentic Caribbean delicacies. We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.
1.Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@tastecreole.com and provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error by Creolè.
4. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If approved, a refund will be processed.
5. Refund Options
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is not available, a company credit or alternative method may be offered at our discretion.
6. Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned product.
7. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Perishable items or products with a limited shelf life are not eligible for refunds.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
9. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard refund process outlined in this policy.
