Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared Creolè Kitchari
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cups Oil (only if frying)
Optional - cheese
Instructions
In a bowl add leftover Kitchari that has been cooled completely or out of the fridge, mix with spinach and roll into balls. Roll balls into bread crumbs and fry on a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or until browned. These can also be placed in an airfryer for 10 mins.
