Kitchari Crispy Rice Salad

Ingredients

1 cup prepared Creolè Kitchari

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

You Favorite Salad ingredients

Lettuce, cabbage, arugula, cucumbers, tomato, avocado, ochre, cashews

Dressing

1tsp ginger (grated)

2 garlic cloves (grated)

1 lime (juiced)

1 tsp maple syrup/honey

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix kitchari with oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 mins until crispy. Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Prepare your favorite salad, pour over salad dressing, toss in your Kitchari crispy rice and enjoy!
