Kitchari stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • Package Creolè Kitchari Mix
  • 5 - 6 Sweet Peppers
  • ½ cup cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Tbs herbs (parsley, chive)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare Creolè Kitchari Mix according to package, and allow to cool. Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut tops off of sweet peppers, fill with Kitchari and place in a baking dish. Can top with a sprinkling herbs and cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 mins until slightly browned.
