Ingredients
- 1 package Creolè Kitchari Mix
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp Green Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Red thai curry
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 5 - 6 Ochroes (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken thighs with green seasoning and red thai curry paste. Allow to marinate for 30 mins to overnight.
In a stock pot place oil, and on a medium heat brown chicken, set aside. Add ochre, Creolè Kitchari Mix, add 2 cups of water. Let boil, stir well, Cover pot, turn heat to low, and simmer for 20 mins.
