Kitchari stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
package Creolè Kitchari Mix
5 - 6 Sweet Peppers
½ cup cheese (shredded)
2 Tbs herbs (parsley, chive)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare Creolè Kitchari Mix according to package, and allow to cool. Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut tops off of sweet peppers, fill with Kitchari and place in a baking dish. Can top with a sprinkling herbs and cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 mins until slightly browned
